Shipping

Shipping within Switzerland is for free and takes up to around 1-5 working days.

Shipping within Europe costs 45-50 CHF depending on the country and takes up to 10 working days.

Shipping outside of Europe costs between 50-80 CHF depending on the country.

Deliveries may take longer for countries outside of Europe.

We ship via DHL. They have a track-shipping service which allows you to check where your order is from the time you pay for it till it reaches you.

You will also be provided with the details of the delivery service in case you need to contact them regarding the delivery of your order.

If you have any problems with your delivery, please contact our customer service team.

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can choose to return it using our complimentary returns service.

Orders can only be returned within fourteen days from the date or delivery.

No returns will be accepted after the fourteen-day deadline. You have to contact our customer service within the 2 weeks to be able to return the item.

To ensure that your returned order is processed smoothly, please ensure that:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item being returned is in original condition.
  • The original labels are still on the item. 

To initiate a return of your order, please contact our customer service team and inform them that you wish to return the item.

If you received the item in a damaged condition, please inform customer service at that time; they will guide you on how to proceed.

Once customer service has your return request, they will arrange for the item to be picked up from your delivery address.

You will get the informed of the date and time of the pickup.

Please ensure that the package is ready for pickup at the specified date and time.

Please make sure to include in the package all accessories and additions that came along with your item.

Seal the package and affix the return invoice to it.

Once we receive your order, the item will be inspected.

If the returned item meets with our terms and conditions, we will start to process the refund of your payment.

La Fur reserves the right to not refund the payment if the item is not returned as specified in our returns policy.

Certain items like personalized and customized items cannot be returned.

Please read the returns and refund policy of each item before you proceed with the payment.
